The new Indonesian pension law

Article Abstract:

It addresses the imminent dispersal of the extended family system and other social issues although it fails to account for technical problems associated with pension plan payments. Pension funds recognized by the law are the employer pension fund, the profit based pension fund and the financial institution pension fund.
