Slips and trips

Article Abstract:

Slips and trips cause 33 percent of all reported minor injuries and contribute to 20 percent of over-three-day injuries and two fatalities per year besides cost to employers of over 350 million pounds sterling and human cost which is incalculable. Poor housekeeping causes most of the trips while slips occur in wet or contaminated conditions, which can be prevented by identifying the eight measures suggested to control them.
