Tom Menard, builder, and Seth Leeb, architect, combined forces on an Arts and Crafts kitchen and dining area that serves modern needs while remaining consistent with Mountain Lakes architecture around 1912. They collaborated on sizable addition to Menard's Hapgood House and managed to overcome difficulties presented by the steep terrain.
