Facing challenges: the ADA and funding retirement
Article Abstract:
Employers must consider legislative variables which affect plans for retirement income and related costs. Variables such as regulation, inflation, taxation and expectations are primary considerations for funding retirement. It is shown that regulation may actually be a deterrent against the effective implementation of health care cost control. This deterring effect is generated by the involvement of people in the legislative process despite having very minimal backgrounds on benefit issues.
