Personalized employee communications

Article Abstract:

Employees and their families must be continuously educated about the benefits provided by their employers. This is a problem being confronted by human resource professionals. One way of educating employees is through the preparation of comprehensive employee benefits statements containing a summary of employees' benefits valued on one particular of the year. This communication task would be successful if employees are intelligent, are able to make the right decisions and are adults who can accept good and bad news and changes.
