Record treasure hunt in Florida

Fidelity Title and Guaranty Co, a title insurance company founded in 1883, began a search in 1991 to acquire the records Lake Abstract Co, another title company founded in the late 1800s. Recovering the Lake Abstract records after it went out of business in the 1980s was like a treasure hunt. Some records were found with family members, some in a trailer in a junk yard, but all of the company's records were found.

Are wildlife films really "nature documentaries"?

The 'TV Guide' periodical has often classified wildlife films as 'nature documentaries.' This identifications may be considered erroneous since wildlife films do not fit into the films classified under existing documentary models such as direct cinema, observational cinema and cinema verite. On the contrary, this type of film is more inclined towards the popular entertainment-type of programs.
