Minorities, women require access to key positions
Article Abstract:

The industry workforce is diverse and is 70% women, but presidents and officers are mostly white males. Policies encouraging and supporting greater diversity are not enough because the lack of diversity in power positions sends certain messages. To best serve an increasingly diverse marketplace, the industry must work to better reflect that marketplace's diversity.
