Term insurance policy comparison

Article Abstract:

Three surveys analyze term insurance sold by the life insurance industry. The first one looks at the price structure for annual renewable term policies and finds fairly stable premium prices. The second one looks at the price structure for 10-year level term and finds fairly stable premium prices. The last one is a team portfolio survey which identifies what types of term insurance a particular company offers.

Term insurance policy comparison

Article Abstract:

The term life insurance segment of the insurance industry shows increased sales. This may be due to a new interest by those purchasing insurance or because premiums for these policies are low. Life insurance term policies are compared and rated. Annual renewable term insurance and 10-year term insurance policies are analyzed on the basis of products offered, rates and premiums.

Whole life policy survey

Article Abstract:

Projected values of 144 whole life policies are compared. The study looked at 30-year, $100,000 policies for 35-year-old nonsmokers. The survey year span and includes such information as initial premium, total cash value, and guaranteed cash value. The information presented was taken from Best's Flitcraft Compend life-product database.
