What works in rewarding problem-solving teams?

Article Abstract:

Evaluating employees as members of a team and not as individuals creates dissatisfaction among team members and management. The team concept should remain because it increases productivity, but evaluation methods should be changed. Individuals should also be evaluated separately. Team members should participate in defining the evaluation process. Evaluation conclusions should be clearly communicated.
