25 Thoughts on European company law in the EU of 25
Article Abstract:
European Union (EU) consists of 25 members and countries in EU are governed by a mix of European law, harmonised national laws and national laws that are not directly affected by harmonisation. The increased differences among the 25 national company law systems and the particular problems faced by some of those national systems undermines the EU principles and therefore future harmonisation by EU should be undertaken only on case sensitive basis that is in the areas that have been identified to be crucial for the functioning of the internal market.
