Guarding the pass - the forthcoming Chinese competition legislation
Article Abstract:
Competition legislation is soon to be enacted in the People's Republic of China, which will alter the legal landscape for the business operations of domestic and foreign undertakings in China. It will be instrumental in transforming the structure of the Chinese economy from a planned economy to a market economy, and comparisons are drawn with EU competition law to analyze the provisions of Chinese competition law.
