Family law disputes cry out for mediated settlements
Article Abstract:
Mediation is an effective tool in family law disputes because it allows parties to reach compromise, accept outcome and maintain ongoing relationships. Mediation allows parties to create terms ultimately more acceptable and beneficial to all parties, including children.
