Dolphin-safe tuna: what's in a label? The killing of dolphins in the Eastern Tropical Pacific and the case for an international legal solution
Article Abstract:
International law is the most effective means of ensuring that new methods of tuna fishing in the Eastern Tropical Pacific (ETP) Ocean do not also kill dolphins. The Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, a domestic law, provides no protection internationally. Amendments to the Convention for the Establishment of an Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission could include regional provisions to protect tuna fishery as well as ETP dolphins.

Tobacco Abroad: Legal and Ethical Implications of Marketing Dangerous United States Products Overseas
Article Abstract:
Congress needs to hold tobacco companies liable for exporting cigarettes to Japan and the European Union.
