Trademark law - Federal Trademark Dilution Act - Sixth Circuit holds that plaintiffs need not show actual harm to prove dilution

The Sixth Circuit Court ruled in favor of retailer Victoria's Secret in a trademark dilution suit against a Kentucky sex shop that used a similar name. The court found dilution by both blurring and tarnishing.
