Article Abstract:
Attorneys often coach their clients on how to express information or testimony. Opponents in the lawsuit often find it difficult to prove suborning perjury or that opposing counsel unethically coached their clients to misstate information. Enforcement to prevent unethical practices is difficult because courts need proof of probable cause.

Article Abstract:
The ABA Model Guidelines for the Utilization of Legal Assistant Services are discussed. These state the a lawyer may not delegate establishing an attorney-client relationship and rendering the legal opinion to the client. Other matters are left up to the attorney, and states differ on these matters.
