Four Steps to a Fundamental Ethical Vision through Meditation
Article Abstract:
The author suggests that modern business not only lacks ethics, but is also suffering from a loss of meaning, which prevents organizations from maximizing their resources, and offers techniques in meditation as a source of recovery of meaning. Three kinds of meditation are offered, and they are: nondiscursive, or establishing a relationship between the businessman and himself; semidiscursive, or establishing a relationship with nature; and discursive, or a confrontation with one's own mortality and vulnerability, which shows the potential of the individual.

Integrating ethical issues with managerial decision making in the classroom: product support program decisions
Article Abstract:
The feasibility of integrating ethical issues with managerial decision making in the classroom was examined via an experiment in which students take on the role of a brand manager. The results showed that the use of real-world business cases is helpful in giving students experience in decision making that integrates ethical and complex business considerations. Moreover, this study can serve as a starting point for additional and further research on topics of ethical issues in business decisions.
