Jerry L. Lovejoy holds responsibilities at 2 companies, as the vice pres, general counsel and secretary of Baskin-Robbins Inc and the vice pres and general counsel of Togo's. The London-based conglomerate Allied Domecq PLC, which also owns Dunkin' Donuts and Togo's, purchased Baskin-Robbins in 1973. In 1998, the company launched a multiple-product strategy to combine the three food brands at the same retail locations. The latest statement of operations available showed company revenues to be $270 mil for the year ending Aug 31, 1996.
