Article Abstract:
In-house legal technology teams are becoming smarter in their creation and execution of trial technology packages. Examples of four firms namely Foley and Bezek, Sedgwick, Detert, Moran and Arnold, Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes and Lerach, Miller and Chevalier and their in-house trial technology departments are presented.
