Is Feds' motto 'do as we say, not as we do.'?
Article Abstract:
The federal government should admit criminal liability for FBI agent Lon Horiuchi's unwarranted use of deadly force during the 1992 Ruby Ridge standoff, and instead the Justice Department has refused to prosecute him and is paying for his state-level prosecution in Idaho. Much of the Ruby Ridge debate has focused on Randy Weaver's racist views, but these have no bearing on Horiuchi's guilt or innocence. No federal agent should enjoy immunity from criminal liability for unconstitutional acts.
