It's gotta be the scanner
Article Abstract:
HP's $499 ScanJet 6250C scanner is a high-resolution color scanner that features a 25-sheet document feeder. The device scans a page in about 25 seconds and handles long documents. HP provides both a SCSI interface and the Universal Serial Bus (USB). Installation through the USB requires about five minutes. Almost all optical character recognition (OCR) applications will work with the 6250C. This allows a document to be scanned and converted to text so it can be edited or manipulated. The ScanJet Copy feature enables the device to function as a copier by sending the output to a printer.
