Keeping faith: government ethics & government ethics regulation
Article Abstract:
A report by the ABA's Committee on Government Standards recommends that ethical rules for government employees be selective and specifically tailored to rooting out corruption and abuse of powers, balance the privilege that comes with government office with the responsibilities that such positions demand and address ethical reform of government institutions. The Committee's report targets five areas for ethical reform: financial conflicts of interest; financial disclosure requirements; government employees' activities outside of their official position; and work environment.

Analyzing government regulation
Article Abstract:
The study of government regulation has replaced administrative law scholarship.
