Litigators can improve odds by making better use of imaging systems
Article Abstract:
Trial lawyers can make their practices more efficient and cost-effective by using imaging systems. Imaging systems storing the full text of documents in addition to topical classification are the best choice. They dispense with paralegals by allowing attorneys to select and review documents quickly and efficiently. Making it possible for someone with a lawyer's knowledge to perform both these functions can result in a better end-product in addition to saving time and money. Imaging systems also eliminate the need for paralegals to help prepare for depositions.
