Article Abstract:

The accomplishments of the US Sentencing Commission since the agency was reconstituted in early 2000 are discussed. The agency has promulgated guidelines for various federal crimes while ironing out splits in guideline interpretation among federal circuits.There has been an increased focus on economic and electronic crimes.
