On with the show
Article Abstract:
Four trial presentation software packages are compared and contrasted: Verdict Systems' $395 Sanction 1.6.0.297, IDEA Inc's $795 TrialPro 3.0, inData's $1,295 TrialDirector Suite and Visionary's $895 ReViewer 4.0. All are judged to be good products, all meet the basic needs of trial presentation, and all of them make it easy to create a new case. Generally speaking, trial presentation technology can help any trial attorney present a case, and such technology has become affordable to all. Which of the four programs considered here is best depends on various factors, including costs, other litigation technology already being used, and a law firm's experience with computer-based technology.
