Methods questioned in 'unequal protection.' (Letter to the Editor)
Article Abstract:
The methodology and conclusions based thereon are not correct as stated in the special section of the National Law Journal of Sep 21, 1992 entitled 'Unequal Protection: The Racial Divide in Environmental Law.' The study uses seven regions as the basis of its report but centers on only one which is predominantly white. Furthermore, there are so few waste sites in the largely white areas that statistical analyses cannot be valid.
