The authors address the Texas Supreme Court's analysis of the US Supreme Court's Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, Inc. decision, regarding the admissibility of expert testimony. The Texas Supreme Court's ability to review appellate court decisions on the admission or exclusion of expert testimony is discussed.
