Tax treatment of non-operating companies in Italy
Article Abstract:
The tax treatment of non-operating companies in Italy has undergone amendments which discouraged the use of companies for asset management in the individual shareholders' interest. Details with regard to the verification and taxation of existing companies and non-operating ones are discussed.
