Self-help speeds up
Article Abstract:
The increase in pro se litigants and information services courts are starting to provide for them are discussed. The Internet started as the first source of information. Examples discussed include a mobile self-help center provided by a California Superior Court.

Piecemeal tort reform
Article Abstract:
Incremental rather than omnibus tort reform is discussed and examples listed. Congress has grown more accustomed to passing such laws, which preempt the states, the traditional bastions of tort law.
