What about juvenile justice?
Article Abstract:
The juvenile justice system is unprepared to adequately address the needs of juvenile offenders and is in need of reform. Courts are overburdened, representation for those accused is insufficient and opportunities for rehabilitation are scarce. The ABA works to alleviate the shortcomings of the juvenile justice system and suggests lawyers accept juvenile cases to further aide young offenders.
