They're back!
Article Abstract:
Some 100 tips on over 24 popular law office applications are presented. CLCS' 21st Century Lawyer customizable case management application, for example, is featured as a user-definable program. Users are directed to the application's Case File-Custom screen to set up individual case criteria for each case type's most important information. Users are instructed that the best way to manipulate this screen is to customize it as cases progress and important case information is recognized. Users are also reminded of 21st Century Lawyer's Yellow table feature for evidentiary matters that is located in the program's Plaintiff's and Defendant's Witness and Evidence Management screen. Attorneys and their assistants can outline their reasons for using witnesses and deposition topics as well as listing witness and trial questions in this screen. This screen is also used to store document notes that are relevant to particular witnesses.
