DEA moves to ban foods with hemp; industry seeks stay in federal court

Article Abstract:

The new rule of the Drug Enforcement Administration to take effect in February 2002 which will outlaw the sale or importation of hemp-containing foods is discussed. The foods will be banned because they contain small amounts of THC, the primary active ingredient of marijuana.

Online law school's first graduates: one problem: no accreditaton by ABA

Article Abstract:

Concord Law School is the first US online law school and their first graduating class is discussed. Concord is likely to stay unaccredited as the ABA will not accredit correspondence schools.
