Commercialism and the downfall of Internet self governance: an application of antitrust law
Article Abstract:
Internet self-government may be well intended, but it can violate existing antitrust law and sometimes requires state federal intervention. Antitrust liability may be called for to sanction Internet users and service providers who boycott those not following their voluntary, self-imposed standards. A rise in online commercialism and lax enforcement of self-imposed standards will lead to increased antitrust liability.

Liability of older drivers in collisions
Article Abstract:
Analysis of 2400 car collisions involving about 1500 drivers reveals that drivers above 50 years of age were found to have a higher over-involvement ratio than those in the 23-to-49 year group. The design of cars and its functional mechanisms should be constructed to suit the driving skills of older drivers.
