International differences in telecommunications demand
Article Abstract:
An assessment that whether price elasticities for telecommunications demand differ between broad groups of countries according to their developmental levels was conducted. The results reveal that consumers in poorer countries may experience greater welfare losses when incentives regulations are implemented.
