Bell joins European-U.S. team vying for Marine One
Article Abstract:
Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Agusta Westland and Lockheed Martin Systems Integration have teamed up to sell a US101 helicopter to the United States Navy for use as Marine One, President George W. Bush?s personal helicopter. The US101 will be constructed from over 65% American-made parts and will have use for the military and other government agencies.
