Article Abstract:
Boeing, the Pentagon's No.2 contractor has emerged as the top firm doing business with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and deals with defense technologies including command-and-control networks, sensors and detection equipment. The top 10 firms that accounted for 46 percent of the DHS's procurement business in fiscal 2003 have also been listed.
