Jargon, slang and buzzwords are coming into increasing use throughout society. New technology, social exclusivity and the need for some to impress or befuddle others are some of the reasons for this. A sampling of the most important new terms and buzzwords and their meaning are discussed.

The X-33 decision, part 2
Article Abstract:
The decision of the NASA to build the X-33 by the Lockheed Martin Skunk Works is questionable from the viewpoint of the technical risks involved. Its decision, however, is understandable if considered from NASA's historic tendency to prefer the usage of new technology in its projects.
