The 9th Circuit ruled in Favish v. Office of Independent Counsel that a picture of the late White House Deputy Counsel Vince Foster holding the gun with which he committed suicide must be released in response to a Freedom of Information Act request and that the release would not violate the privacy of the Foster family.
