Article Abstract:
An 8th Circuit Court of Appeals decision upholding a district court's refusal to force a public radio station to air underwriting announcements from the Ku Klux Klan is discussed. The station's journalistic right to accept or reject funding is analyzed.

Challenges to gag orders end in mixed results
Article Abstract:
Federal and Florida State court rulings regarding gag orders imposed by judges on trial participants and their attorneys are reviewed. A gag order barring a federal judge from speaking publicly about a disciplinary action is also discussed.
