Strike out: Legal battle for state records proves jurors still excluded on basis of race

The prosecutors excluded or striked out all eligible African American from jury service. The US Supreme court declared in 'Batson v. Kentucky' case that racial exclusions should be restricted around the country and implement a process by which racism could be eliminated before a jury was seated.
