Article Abstract:

The Skillset survey reveals that though representation of ethnic minorities has fallen to a small degree since 2003 from 7.4% to 7%, in certain sectors the levels of employment are above average. However, a closer examination of the figures shows that ethnic minorities are underrepresented in top jobs, and have the highest level of representation among the low end ones, like vacuuming cinema floors.
