Article Abstract:
The Digital Rights Group (DRG) is under negotiations with at least two more companies for possible acquisition deals, and is planning to expand further in the United States after it bought Channel 4 International. DRG is looking for more distributors of sports and kids TV programs. The various acquisition deals DRG has closed in the past are discussed as well.
