CTI takes Gryphon Films under wing
Article Abstract:
Gryphon Films, an alliance between independent producers Adam Clapham and Michael Deakin, has been established as a new joint production firm within Chrysalis Television International. Gryphon Films, which is known for such TV productions as Secret Weapon, The Place of Lions and The Vilage by the Sea, will concentrate on TV movies and mini-series for the US and international markets. Gryphon Films is presently working on several projects, including an adaption of an early Hitchcock production for Universal; a substantial millenium project for Paramount, and a childrens' series for South Africa, based on the TV movie, The Place of Lions.
