Endemol chiefs in 1bn pond buyout talks

Article Abstract:

Endemol is trying to buyout from Spanish telecom operator Telefonica that made Big Brother for 1 billion pounds. Telefonica foes not consider Endemol as a strategic asset. Endemol is going to consolidate further and UK is a good market of independent producers and Endemol will surely be well placed.
