ITV music and entertainment controller Guy Freeman has commissioned several big shows in 2007, such as the "National Movie Awards", "Saturday Night Divas", and an hour-long special with Kylie Minogue. The network has a big budget for the right idea, which is one of the highest in the industry. The commissioning operations of ITV are discussed.
