Grade lobbies Parliament to reduce Sky's stake in ITV
Article Abstract:
Michael Grade, ITV executive chairman, seeks support from the House of Lords Communications Committee to cut BSkyB's 17.9% stake in the company to "well below 10%". This move is a fallback option for Grade in case BSkyB refused to sell its entire stake. The proceedings of Grade's meeting with the cross-party committee are discussed.
