ITV1's "Hell's Kitchen listed an 18.1% share, while its other food show "Saturday Cooks!" listed a 9.3% share. "Saturday Kitchen" and "Britain's Best Dish" on BBC1 meanwhile registered a 24.4% and 10.3% share, respectively. The average series ratings of other food shows, which are down year on year due to an apparent decline in their demand, are listed and discussed.
