IBC showcases tools for posting 3D content
Article Abstract:
The International Broadcasting Convention will feature several new 3D technologies, such as Quantel's 3D stereoscopic post system on its iQ and Pablo workstations. German-based Iridas will launch a 3D imaging software called DualStream, while US-based Assimilate will showcase the Scratch system used for the concert film "U2 3D". Other innovations in 3D technologies, and its state in the UK, are discussed.
