Who's winning the ratings war?

Article Abstract:

ITV is well ahead of BBC in peak time of 2004 as eight out of the 10 highest ratings shows belong to ITV. To refocus its PSB credentials around BBC2, BBC has to refresh the channels prime time share figure, as its options for retaliation are limited.
