Time to sink the pirates
Article Abstract:
Ofcom in its new regulation states that pirate stations can legitimize them selves by applying for licenses. This could have the opposite effect and more may come up. The quality of their transmission and their content are not good and even the audience wants to listen to legitimate stations.
