Article Abstract:
Julian Bellamy returned to Channel 4 (C4) as head of programs, and with "Celebrity Big Brother" resting, he is excited to find new television shows that can reflect C4's commitment to innovation. He is putting more drama shows on the airwaves, looking for more authored documentary films on Britain and he promises to work in partnership with indies. His other plans for the channel are discussed.
